I get respect at home because I obey my parents when they ask me what to do. Cleaning around my house like the bathroom or my brothers and sisters room. You can get respect at work by getting a promotion because other people work under you and want to be a suck-up to the higher position so they can get a a raise or acknowledgement. Another way is by helping and complementing others on their work. On teams, the way you you can get respect is by making sure that everybody participates. You can take charge and get the team disciplined.
